Privacy Policy
All Banks Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LOVIGIN LTD ("LOVIGIN", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data in connection with the All Banks iPhone application, the All Banks website, support, and related communications.
1. Controller and contact details
The controller for the processing described in this Policy is LOVIGIN LTD, company number 16203160, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Privacy requests may be sent to allbanks@lovigin.com or through the Contacts page.
2. Privacy model of the app
All Banks is designed as a local-first financial overview tool. The app does not require Plaid, open banking, bank credentials, account aggregation, or a LOVIGIN finance cloud account to display the financial information that a user enters in the app.
Financial records, account names, balances, currencies, notes, transaction details, crypto amounts, and other information entered in the app are handled on the user device. If a user enables Apple sync functionality, data is synced through the user's Apple iCloud account according to Apple's settings, infrastructure, and terms.
3. Personal data we may process
- Contact and support data submitted by a user, such as name, email address, subject, message content, and any information included in a support request.
- Technical and security data produced when the website is accessed, such as request metadata, error logs, abuse-prevention signals, and records needed to maintain the security and reliability of the website and backend services.
We do not ask users to submit bank login credentials through All Banks. Users should not include passwords, seed phrases, private keys, card security codes, or similarly sensitive authentication data in support messages.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- To direct users to the Apple App Store and answer questions about access to the app. App purchases are made with Apple; the website does not collect payment details for an App Store purchase.
- To answer support, privacy, and business enquiries. This processing is based on the request submitted by the user and our legitimate interest in operating support and business communications.
- To secure, debug, prevent abuse of, and maintain the website, public pages and contact endpoint. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users.
- To comply with applicable tax, accounting, consumer, law enforcement, regulatory, or legal obligations where such obligations apply.
5. Processors and recipients
We may share limited personal data only where needed for the purposes above with service providers acting for us and authorities where required by law. In particular, Apple handles App Store distribution, purchases, and optional iCloud services; Resend may deliver messages submitted through the website contact form; and hosting providers may process technical data needed to operate the website.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data in countries other than the user's country of residence. Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards made available by the relevant provider or otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to resolve disputes, to protect support and website operations, and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Support messages are retained according to operational support needs. App Store transaction records, where any are made available to us by Apple, may be retained as needed to provide support and comply with applicable obligations.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data handled by the website and backend. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and users remain responsible for the security of their devices, Apple accounts, and any information they choose to submit.
9. Rights and choices
Depending on applicable law and the user's location, a user may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for personal data processed by us. Requests should be sent using the contact details above. A user may also have the right to complain to a competent data protection authority.
10. Children
All Banks is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website contact flow.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the product, service providers, legal requirements, or operational practices. The effective date above identifies the current version.
