These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the All Banks website and related support provided by LOVIGIN LTD. The All Banks iPhone app is distributed through Apple's App Store and is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and any terms presented through Apple at purchase or download.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website or contacting us regarding All Banks, the user agrees to these Terms. A user must have the legal capacity required to acquire and use the app and must use the service in compliance with applicable law.

3. Product purpose

All Banks is a personal finance organization and net worth visibility tool. It is not a bank, payment institution, broker, exchange, custodian, crypto wallet, tax adviser, accountant, investment adviser, or legal adviser. Information shown by the app depends on data entered or maintained by the user and should be checked before any financial decision is made.

4. App Store purchase and distribution

Calls to action on this website may direct users to the Apple App Store. The applicable price, currency, availability, taxes, payment terms, and purchase confirmation are shown and administered by Apple at the time of purchase.
LOVIGIN does not process App Store payment details through this website. Purchases, billing, download access, and any Apple refund process are subject to Apple's services and applicable terms.
Use of the app may require a compatible device, supported App Store storefront, Apple account, and acceptance of Apple's terms.

5. Refunds and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law. Refund or cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Apple's applicable App Store processes and terms.

6. License, ownership, and restrictions

All Banks, the website, software, design, copy, trademarks, and other product materials are owned by LOVIGIN or its licensors. Subject to applicable App Store terms, a purchase grants access to use the app for personal purposes; it does not transfer intellectual property rights.

Users must not misuse the website or endpoints, interfere with security or availability, automate abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use the service for unlawful activity.

7. User data and device responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the app, backups and sync choices available through the user's device ecosystem, device security, Apple account security, and keeping any sensitive financial or crypto credentials out of support messages.

We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue website features, App Store availability, and product functionality where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website, App Store, or third-party services will always be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

LOVIGIN is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data, financial decisions made using the app, Apple systems, device compromise, or events outside reasonable control.
